ups man dropped some upf filters off

UPS man dropped these off the other day:

I know many on the forum don't believe in stocking up, but I was afraid that Delco would discontinue or change the way that these are manufactured. So I placed an order while I could. Price at gmpartsdirect came to about $7.00 each and that included shipping.

The UPF-44 is for my 2003 1500HD silverado and the UPF-52 is for the pontiac fieros that I collect, so I know that these filters will get used.

The UPF's were and are made by champion.

There were 6 in a box. You get a price break in shipping charges if you order more than 6 at a time. I found it cheapest to buy 1 case (or 12) for each filter type. Champion did make these, but from recent threads it looks like there are other companies now making the regular pf-- filters, and the quality of the filters is not as good. So since I could still get the two I use, I ordered them.

I used one on my truck this winter, and I was very impressed with the cold flow parameters of them.
