Upper Stop Light bulb replacement

2005 Nissan Armada. How to change the upper stop light bulbs? From the inside of the rear door, we have removed the three rubber grommets and the three nuts. There are now three threaded bolt ends. I can't get the unit to budge even when tapping the threaded studs quite hard with a punch and hammer. Anyone familiar with this problem and how to resolve? Thank you. Ed Hayes

It looks like from this thread that it is LED and the entire light assembly needs to be replaced. I am unsure from your description whether yours is in the spoiler. Again from that thread, there could be some double sided tape involved.
