I havent been on these boards in a few months and feel like ive fallen behind. so a few questions if you dont mind.

First off whats the news on PP? is there a euro version as was planned, how are both (or just the original if thats all that exists) looking in UOA'S? compared to M1?

GC, any new news on the gold?

FP3000 any further developments?

Anything else i missed?

Welcome back!

The jury is still out (I believe) on PP. You can get it for a great price at Wal-Mart (5qt. jugs) and through Pep Boys ($1.99 per quart after rebate, according to today's ad), so it's hard NOT to like it. I have it in a 2005 Toyota 3.3L V6 for it's second run and will post a UOA at my next OCI.

GC gold is holding it's own against the green and if I recall correctly,there are several solid UOAs using this oil. I've got the green in my I30, but I'll use gold once my "stash" (all 16 quarts) is depleted. I believe there was some talk on the GC board about Castrol making this product in the U.S. in the near future (if not already), but I don't recall anyone presenting positive proof that this had or would occur. Try PM'ing Pscholte. He's the man with the hotline directly connected to the Elves.

FP3000 is not yet available. There is a rather lengthy thread out there somewhere that specifically covers this product. Do a search.
In the meantime, FP60 is working just fine!
