Update on my Waterfall/Pond project (video)

Looks great! Something about water and fire is soothing to the soul. I might be tempted to have a very small fire pit in that area. Sit by the fire on a summer evening, gazing at the stars and listening to the soothing waterfall.........ahhhhhhhhhh. Maybe stock some trout for special events, lol. Fishing, fire, and waterfall............ the trifecta!!!!!!!

Compliments to a great project in retirement.

Yes, the wife wants the fire pit moved over there

well yesterday was a good day. The dragonflies like the pond and I got my first frog visitor!

Awesome job, looks great. Your pumping way more than 750 GPH (which is good) Looks more like 1500

I can see your not into fish but if you ever decide you can go a a store and pick up 10 "feeder goldfish" for less than $10, throw them in there and let them fend for themselves, survivors will get quite big over the years and will survive under the winter ice too. They will add fertilizer for the plants too and you dont have to feed them but couldnt hurt for some food pellets every few days until the pond is more established.

If not, glad you are enjoying the sound of rushing water!

Afraid the racoons or possum might like the fish too much. Plus I am not running a filter system.
