Uneven tire wear

On my passenger side I have a tire that's wearing very unevenly compared to the other 3. The inside of this tire, from the last tread block and out to the shoulder, is almost completely worn away.

Could this be an alignment issue or just my driving habbit? I don't cross rotate my wheel, just front back. I make hard right turns a lot of the times but rarely any hard left.

The last alignment was done in winter 05 after I hit the curb and had some parts replaced.

The tire is in the rear currently and I just installed a sway bar.

Needs a camber adjustment (during a 4-wheel alignment). Caster may also be off on that wheel, both teaming up to wear one section of the tire when you make a turn.

yes, in addition to CBDFrontier's suggestion on checking your wheel alignment (make sure you do a 4-wheel and not those cheepy 2-wheel alignment), check your shocks/struts for problems too and if it acts mushy, replace them in pairs.
