Undated Sure filter cut open.

Here is a cut and post from a stash of Sure filters I came into. For a low end filter its pretty well made. Nothing special but I wouldnt hesitate to run them for a short interval. The base plate is heavy.

It "sure" looks like a PG4631 style filter sourced from the same maker. Cross reference trend is present. Looks good.

This one crosses to a Fram 3506. The filter media on this one is very well done and the base plate is also heavy. For a jobber filter I wouldnt hesitate to run them. Nothing special but good enough.

Agreeing with @Glenda W. looks like jobber tier filter, serviceable. Just a guess by construction, offshored, possibly China.

Should have put a ? at end. Picked the biggest country. Off shored, was the ticket. Date code format looks to be straight read, I guess it could be called NOS.
