This was one that had the small ID that wouldn't fit over the center tube from this thread . After a careful resizing on one end it fit fine so I ran it for 3000 miles to give it an eval. As you can see from the pics, there isn't a fiber out of place, not one questionable area and I looked this one over with the loupe. The end caps were very secure and required pliers and some extra force to pull them off. Used another FU in its place to go 10k on that one and expect it will look just as good as this one.
I gave Jay a heads up on the sizing issue a few months ago so hopefully Fram has expedited the fix. Either way I'll still use them even if I have to do the resize myself.
