I didn't open the thread but I bet it's the one where the guy couldn't get his oil drain plug out so he just took off the oil filter and started the motor!

Yeah spraying the head of a bolt with penetrating fluid where the threads are covered in oil is going to help.
 
You can get away with this sort of crap on an old bulletproof engine like a pushrod Ford V8...but I do not believe that I'd try it on a modern engine.

By the way, I know this because the oil pump failed on my Mustang 5.0 while my brother was driving it, and it probably ran a good minute with no oil pressure.

It shows no signs that this ever happened--oil consumption didn't increase, oil pressure is the same as it's always been (if not slightly better due to the new pump).
