Two Weddings and Possible Animosity

I was going to say "go to the wedding with the most whores", but I decided to say something mature and intelligent instead.

Some of you are convinced the wedding dates were set out of spite and to cause trouble. Knowing them both well, I know this is not hte case. Anyway, I am going with DoubleWasps suggestion and will attend the wedding of the party who picked the wedding date first. I attend weddings only for the drinks anyway.

I'm with 02SE on this- you painted the picture. His recommendations were based on what you said- not something made up or imagined, so there should be no need to get cranky and leave this thread. Instead, clarify and better explain what you really meant.

He also never explained how come previously married couple wouldn't have quite a few bunch of people in exactly the same situation as OP. All of their contacts made during their marriage will have to make the same choice.

I don't know their other common friends. After high school we all went our separate ways into the four winds. Other than their parents and her sister, I didn't know any people at their wedding. I last saw the two of them a year or two before they broke up. Anyway, as I have already mentioned, DoubleWasp's suggestion was a good one. I will be attending her wedding in Chicago. I'll send him, the groom, not DoubleWasp, a barrel of purple juice or something.
