Anyone actually used one of these things....it appears that you get your choice, 30% more power or 30% better gas mileage. Did GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota and Honda miss this trick? I'm sure glad we have these guys around here to invent this stuff. And it's under a hundred bucks...what a bargin. What would happen if you put two of these in your intake tract? Maybe instead of a 60% improvement, you'd only get 50%. I'll bet they would give you a quantity discount. Then, what if you use three....??
 
I checked some forums on this thing....junk. It did show a difference in horsepower though.....a decrease! Get a chip or a high flow exhaust.
 
I put three of these and two Tornado intake spacers on my truck. I actually make more gas than I use, so feel free to come by and get some free gas.

I made one myself albeit not to their exact spects, but from what I could understand from several views and some theoretical assumptions about blade angle and length, as well as contour and pitch change. I can't say I noticed really anythingwith it in place, other than giving me something to do in my spare time (design and fabricate) and then thrash on the vehicle with the excuse of testing.

There's a lot of psychology in play here.

I figure the engineers who did the R&D on my vehicle did it right in the first place, and the more research I do, the more information I have to back-up such notions, though not always the case. The homemade Turbonator has been removed for a year or so, again w/o much notice of effect. Heck, the thottle butterfly valve would straighten the swirled airflow to a good extent anyway.

Try it if you like, but don't think of it as a possible miracle of miracles - I know you don't think that...but don't.
