I would like to take that tour myself. Thanks for posting. When I was working full time I had the oportunity to work in several large factories and it always amazed me how they work and the products they produce.

No they were testing two new Cameros with M1 & a competing oil for 200K mi, using 25K mi drain intervals...

Amazing how different people precept the same info...

That used to be common practice, guessing it still is... Being more or less "cold", even that thin of oil will protect for a couple laps, Still some teams have gone too thin and blown engines in the past... Since they must qualify and race with the same engine or go to the back of the field, I doubt they are taking any undue chances...
