Time for the annual trip to visit fam/friends in Sri Lanka, my birth country...Leaving Monday for about 12 days...

Will stay in touch here as much as I can during the trip...
will post some pics when I get back OR while I am still there...
Hope my "new" Nikon D40 will get some action.

Have a great trip/reunion and take lots of pictures. I doubt that many if us know much about Sri Lanka so any thing you want to tell us about the country would be welcome be many of us.

I'm not suggesting a Wiki article, maybe something about the differences you have noticed since you left the first time.
