Taking it off topic, a long time ago, I once had a discussion with a senior manager that a "quality process" COULD include taking a sample of "barker's nuts" (dog faeces), spray painting them gold, weighing them to the nearest tenth of a gramme, and placing them in a box with a pink ribbon, and meet ISO 9000 certification.
