Not to flame anyone but if you havent tried anything better than Liquid Glass, you havent tried much else. Liquid Glass and Nufinish are 20 year old products. We have come a long way in the last 20 years. Again not to flame but try some of the sealants (Klasse/Zaino) or the Waxes (S100/P21S/Blitz/Collonite) you wont use Liquid Glass or Nufinish again. Perhaps its your prep work or lack of prep work that makes Nufinish/Liquid Glass seem so good. They are both quite strong one step products. Check Out Autotopia.org its like Bobistheoilguy for detailing

Never been a big Turtle Wax fan in past, but tried the Turtle Wax Platium Series Ultra Gloss.
It doesn't seem to streak or hard to buff off as other Turtle Waxes in past as I have found. It was the Curuba content that caught my attention when I first read the lable in store. Seems to work alright to me.

It's hard to find, but SS Nathans Liquid Brilliance is the best wax I've used. I first bought it from an FBO at the local airport. They use it on planes, where you really want it to last.

Only problem it had was that it was so slick, that the car cover was impossible to put on...it kept sliding off.

It does last a real long time.

Prestone used to make a product called "Bullet Wax" that would bead water for 4 or 5 months after application. I haven't seen it on a store shelf, though, in quite a long time.

I'd like to try Collinite, but which product?

Their web site
http://www.collinite.com/auto.htm
has three different products;

#915 Marque D' Elegance
#476s Super Doublecoat Auto Wax
#ss-126 Liquid Sapphire Auto Wax

My vehicles spend most of their time sitting outside unprotected. I guess their #915 would fit the bill for durability.

Actually - my best candidate is the new Turtle wax premium ultra gloss... use the paste.

I use the paste, Im still on the first can, and its amazing. All the hurricanes we got down here - my wax still beaded after them!

I love it, its cheap, and it has a great shine!

Ive used Klasse, Liquid Glass, and Meguiars before... I dont like them as much as this.

Found a couple of years ago a product called RACE GLAZE, works better than many products I found, may be hard to find though but you will not be disapointed...BL

Liquid glass...easiest "wax" to put on/take off...Klasse one step is good too

BTW once wax 3 cars at the same time with liquid glass..45 minutes 3 cars priceless!

I've had great success for the past 10 years with liquid glass. It leaves a very durable (long lasting) finish.
