Toad Ai606 Alarm siren issue

Got an issue with the alarm system. when arming and disarming it no longer makes the chirp noise but when alarm is triggered via door entry etc the siren does make its usual alarm noise.
Now the siren just keeps making this glitching noise as iv filmed it in this video:

This noise started yesterday, the car has been on charge for 2 days on the Lidl ultimate speed smart charger, not sure if the issue is related but i did have the car on this charger last year too and no issues. not sure what to do.

its not that loud the buzzing noise strangely it has now stopped but it did stop last night but came back on today when i tried unlock the car.
i guess next step would be to open up the siren and see if there is anything out of the ordinary going on inside it. maybe check for capacitor issues, this alarm has been on the car for over 20 years now with no issues.

Is the battery able to start the car? Putting a charger on is not the same as having a good battery.

Yes the battery does start the car. Done 4 starts today.

Just a SWAG...I'm thinking the "horn" has gone bad. Just judging from the looks of it; full of dirt/debris.

will need to open it up then i guess and give it a clean out. its not making the noise at the moment but then again its also stopped making the chirp sound when locking and unlocking the car. it must still be working because it does make the alarm sound when its triggered.
