Radial tires don't flat spot? Nonsense! Maybe not permanently all the time, but they do.
Check out specific articles at the Tire Rack, for one written source. And empirically, I know they certainly do.

Gas will not go completely bad in 3 months, but it certainly has started to deteriorate.

I'm not gonna start it. I'll leave it alone. I would be more concerned about the octane degradation if I had a blower on the car. Being naturally aspirated once I finally am able to drive it in march I'll be conservative and keep the revs down under 3000 until I get at least half a tank of new gasoline in there. I checked the tire pressure yesterday and added a couple pounds. It had bled off a little bit over the last month but not much.
