What brand/model would you suggest that handles good in dry, wet, snow, has good tread wear and not much noise? Not looking to break the bank either.

Thanks

16's.

If they are the 215/60-16's, I'd go with the Kumho Solus for $89 from Discount Tire. Everyone I've talked to has been happy with Kumho. I thought about the kumho Road Venture for my last purchase but ended up with BFG because of the mileage warranty. If you can find that tire cheaper, Discount will price match. They price matched my deal with the price + shipping total from treaddepot. Got my BFG's for $15 less per tire.

The only draw back to Kumho is that they wear fast. I wish I had paid the extra for the Michelin X. I think Costco currently has a sale/rebate.

The Yokohama Avid Touring-S is a pretty well-rated tire, and with $10 off each one from DTT, they look to be a pretty good buy as well.

UPDATE:

I took the plunge on the Yoko's Avid Touring S and with the $40 rebate, FREE shipping, it comes to $66 a tire.

Good choice, the old Yoko's Avid Touring was very good and the new "S" is even better. You should expect about 50-60k miles if rotate regularly.
