ZTR uses 11x4 tires and wheels. They are 11 years old, and one has had to be re-seated so many times the sealing surfaces are about done. For the time spent yesterday, it’s time to replace.

What’s the bitog go-to? Another set of pneumatics? PVA foam (risk flat spotting)? Something like those wild rubber-plastic radial-spoked looking things?

I've noticed the airless tires are becoming more popular with professional grounds keepers, at least for the rear drive tires.

Go Airless and forget about them. I looked at the Michelin Tweels until I saw the price, then quickly stopped looking at them.

Tweels were going to be the next big thing for passenger two decades ago. I have seen Tweels on construction equipment. Didn't know they put baby Tweels on mowers.

Ok I looked them up. I’d pay money for tweels in that size, but no options. Looked at Noair, just solid rubber. Looked at the PVA foam - folks consistently claim of flat spotting.

I’m surprised mine are still holding air after Saturday’s work.

I’ll keep checking reviews for a decent one? @jeepman3071 do you have a personal favorite?

I don't have any favorites, generally just find ones that look decent and are the right size. I have an Exmark 48" Viking walk behind mower with a single wheel stand-on sulky. The sulky wheel is an Exmark solid tire, the front wheels are no-name from ebay. All have held up well.

Nice - thank you!

I imagine foam tires will ride quite rough in the rears. The process also adds a substantial amount of weight.
