Previous 2006 CRV - 309,000 miles before I gave it to my niece. She traded the old dog on a new lease and promptly smashed up the new car. :(

2003 F450 7.3L PS Diesel with 6 speed - 198k miles. Runs strong. I bought it ten years ago with 162K miles and barely serviced. I bought it after it had been to a diesel repair shop for some typical maintenance issues (valve cover gaskets, injector wiring harness & ICP). I did the heavy lifting of fluids, filters, tires, brakes, clutch, transmission housing, most hoses, water pump, radiator, turbo & pedestal, up-pipes, fuel system seals, fuel tank, new dump body, new seat and body work. Frame was perfect! Gets a yearly dose of Brotella T6 Motorcraft filter, Motorcraft fuel filter and Fluid Film undercoating. Need to tackle some oil leaks on the HPOP and eventually pull the engine for a full re-seal oil pan (NOT leaking now).
 
it's hardly a full change. The tank is a pretty small fraction of overall system capacity.

I think what he's doing is sort of like draining a quart of oil and topping off every 1k miles. He's basically doing 100k coolant service but, doing it in 10% chunks every 10k miles. In that light, it doesn't seem very drastic to me.

I myself do this with transmission fluid. Instead of doing a 3x spill and fill every 30k miles, I just do a 1x spill and fill every 10k or so.
That’s a good point and having fresh fluid on a more regular basis from the beginning is probably better than waiting longer for the first fluid spill and fill.
 
My 2005 Audi A8 had 154,000 miles on it when I traded it in, I'd owned it since it had 21,000 miles. Under my care it had Castrol Euro at nearly every oil change. Usually "German Castrol" and also some "Belgian." After those got hard to find it got 5w40. That car used ~1 qt of oil every 10k miles (it had an 8 qt sump!). I always changed the oil whenever the Audi computer said to, usually around 10K miles.

My daughter's car is a "new to us" 2008 Toyota Prius. It had 291,000 miles on it when we got it. It uses about 1qt of oil every 1,000 miles.

My wife's 2015 Mercedes Benz C400 is creeping up to 150K miles, currently at 139K. For the first 6 years of it's life it was always dealer maintained, ever since it's had a steady diet of Castrol Euro 5w40. Other than the abominable cam gear cover leaks it uses no oil, produces no smoke, and runs fantastically.
 
Just picked up a 2017 ford fusion hybrid with 174k miles in prettty good shape. Did my first oil change and was pleasantly surprised when I found the old owner did his own oil changes. Looks immaculate through fill hole, guess I’ll see next oil change for sure.
 
2015 Fiesta ST with a bigger turbo. I’ve owned it since 10k miles.

2010 Impala with the 3.5; family owned since new: traded in with 234,XXX miles on it
2005 Toyota Corolla (bought used by my wife before we met): Totaled with 287,XXX ,miles on it
 
Loaner I'm driving while my 535d is being repaired is a 2005 BMW X5 with 225K miles. I imagine this thing has seen it's share of work to stay on the road this long.

Bought new and maintained by me. Has been a great car and I highly recommend Subaru.
No reason it won’t go another 100k!

Maintenance:
5k oil and filter changes
2 sets of brakes
3 sets of tires
CVT service
Differential service front and rear
Spark Plugs
3 PCV valves
1 Battery
A few air filters
Coolant service and serpentine belt to be done soon

Repairs:
Right rear wheel bearing

Concerns:
TPMS sensors batteries died
Oil consumption got to 3 quarts per 5k miles but Restore and Protect completely eliminated.

That's funny, same with my 14' outback on the right rear bearing right around 150k! Changed both while I was down there, other than that my list is pretty much the same as yours! Rock on subarus!

Just getting broken-in!
 
I sold it less than 30 days ago but my 2012 Honda Civic was still going very strong at 153,000 miles. Engine and transmission worked just like new. I put a little money in struts and a few front end parts and that was nice and tight when sold. Everything worked and I just plainly got bored with the car since I owned it since 34,000 actual miles. I traded up to a 2025 Ford Maverick Hybrid that I purchased new.
 
My 2 high mileage vehicles right now are
F150 3.5eb(gen 1) just turning 170k
first 120k or so it got mostly Castrol EDGE 0w40 then it got whatever quick lube my dad uses between 6 and 10k oci usually
F250 6.7 PSD 206k
Valvoline premium blue for awhile but mostly Kirkland 15w40 10k oci
