Thinking about a Hi-Point 995 9mm carbine...

Disregard my last post...I found one...

Just picked it up...$230 out the door including tax and a 50 box of FMJ rounds. I'm taking it up to my friend's place tomorrow to break it in.

They must not pay their employees very much or provide benefits for them, either. Otherwise, they'd have to charge a good deal more for the gun, IMO. Then again, I'm not very business savvy, so I'm probably missing something in the mix.

I took the Hi-Point out today. I am very happy with my purchase! It's comfortable to hold, doesn't have a lot of recoil, and it's pretty accurate for what it is. For a $200 plinking gun, it's great.
