My opinion as to the possible cause of Tesla sales falling off a cliff.
As we sit on our side of the ocean, we are ignorant to life in Europe and the culture of Nordic Countries.
Tesla is head slamming the workers in that country in it its refusal to sign a workers agreement. To me, it seems to be spreading like wild fire, the arrogance of Tesla to deny workers what is a culturally accepted business practice with every working family in those countries.
Sympathy strikes spreading like wildfire against the obnoxious behavior of Tesla regarding the accepted way of doing business with its employees.
They take it like a slap in the face and if I am correct this is like, the first ever action taken by the unions over there. One must remember, most everyone over there and much of Europe belong to a union, do you think that maybe driving home in a brand new Tesla over there might currently be a NOT TO COOL THING?
Which would be seen possibly as supporting the disrespect for the way of life these people live.
This is my opinion, Im not debating but I am someone who tends to look in places many do not. Im not saying I am 100% correct and I honestly do not follow this situation but every time I read up on it, Tesla takes another hit, whether its in the courts of law regarding this issue or now, reading for the first time, something starting to go on in Germany. In fact I am getting annoyed as this is an American company.
If I was in one of those countries, I would be really angry, even if I wasnt in a union, many of my friends are and this seemingly obnoxious CEO of Tesla in the USA is going to dictate my way of life and that of my friends in our own country?
Next - keep an eye on Germany.
I took this quote from a writer in the WP
“If Tesla gives in to the unions around this ongoing dispute, it could create a growing brush fire in Europe that eventually gets to the UAW and U.S. in 2024,” said Dan Ives, a New York-based analyst with Wedbush Securities. “It’s an important lightning rod issue around unions globally.”

Ahhhh... yes, Tesla is becoming well known as the "Anti-Union" company at a time when workers around the globe are getting fed up.
THe anti union is known fact. The rest are my thoughts.
Right or wrong, we all have to agree, there is the POTENTIAL for this to turn into a David and Goliath situation globally.
At the very LEAST it is a public relations nightmare and the competition is still gearing up cranking out EVs in every shape form and color. The situation is certain to swing some sales out of Tesla favor, how many? No one knows.
Never discount runaway mass media, nor companies fighting public opinion, remember the biggest selling lite beer, oh, I mean the lite beer that used to be the biggest selling beer. Wiped out in one day, yet, then, one of the largest successful department stores still ignored the warning and got hammered by the public and subsequent earnings report.
Whether I am right or wrong, it does show a major growing corporation (Tesla) as ignorant to the working class, the most successful companies selling a product long term become for lack of a better word friendly with the public and Tesla has put itself too high on a podium thinking it can do no wrong while the competition moves in. Most likely too late, unless they get rid of the CEO, kind of like what happened to the Disney empire they are going to need a HUGE change in public perception and I dont think Elon is capable.
