Don't know about the 10w, but I asked RP about the 5w and their tech advisor reported 9, according to ASTM D-4739 Total Base Number By potentiometric titration.

The data I've seen, using ASTM D2896, showed a TBN of approx 11.0, so that would be consistent with a TBN of 9.0 using ASTM D4739.
