Techron 5000 Injection cleaner – optimum use – impact of oil change

Is it best to use an injector cleaner during last week prior to changing out the engine oil. (This is the time when fuel dilution and wear is likely to be highest level and using an injector cleaner is likely to increase the concentration wear particles at this time).

Or

Immediately after the engine oil change when fuel dilution and wear particles are their its lowest levels in OCI.

Or

Timing of engine oil change makes no difference, providing the interval between injector cleaner use is as per manufacturer's instruction.

I use it the last few tanks before a change.

Full tank with Terchron, run it down to half, refill then change the oil when that's nearly gone.
