TD6 Engine oil

I was just wondering what you guys recommend running in a td6 engine. I know that land rover recommends 5w30 acea c1 which is like no HTHS protection. Im currently running Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 ACEA C3 which has a much higher HTHS. I was wondering what you guys are running I heard some 5w40 but do the results actually improve in using it. My intervals are 10k km.

Atleast a couple of threads on this forum about that engine already.

C3 5W-30 and 5W-40 is not necessarily different in HTHS.
