2020 VW Jetta 1.4l Turbo

Oil cap states 0w-20, however when I enter the VIN at the VW website for the online owners manual, and what one would consider the most current publication (Owner's Manual, GLI, Jetta, January 2020, United States version, model year 2020) it states:

Gasoline engine: Standard ACEA A3/B4 or API SN (API SM) and viscosity grade SAE 0W-30.

Which is fine. I have a gallon of Mobil 1 Delvac 5w-30 with a API SP rating, although it is also a HDEO. Nice thick 5w-30 with a stout add pack.

My question is about the TBN level of 11. Any concerns with that number being too high? Car has around 70k miles now and if I use this oil I'd probably extend the OCI to a 8k to 10k range.
