Yep, Target oil department/selection has basically become an oxymoron. Not sure now why they even bother.

And, I don't have time or gas to check when they are having a "blowout", when Wally's everyday prices are more than extremely competitive.

I don't check myself. If one of my family members makes a trip to Target they know to swing by the oil section and take a peek for me.
