Taking care of fabric landau roofs

Just got a steal of a deal on a 2004 Kia Amanti with 22,000 miles that was owned by a retiree in Florida. The fabric landau roof is in excellent condition and I want to keep it that way,

Any products or specfic tools that are worth using? I own a dealership here in Atlanta where we don't get too many of these exterior add-ons. So my hope is to keep it right and then pay it forward to whomever is the next owner.

I see no reason why the convertible top cleaner wouldn't work well

This. I detailed a few Landau roofs and the 303 spray plus a soft horsehair brush to scrub the dirt out is a must. Then seal it.

Did you use this on a vinyl landau roof or a cloth/fabric version? Apparently there is a difference in care between the two.
