Customer more than a year. They promised me 5g but still have 4g equipment. Have friends with 5g phones who get screwed by equipment that tries to lock in on more distant 5g transmitters and is actually slower. Guess I should get on them to send me 5g box. Runs considerably slower than my Mint phone. Average about 40 mg up and down, get almost twice that on 4g Mint. No down time at all unlike Spectrum, no buffering. Meets my needs, I'm happy.
