For 5k OCI -> Chevron Supreme if you can still get it for 49c to 69c per qt after rebate. If not, any Grp II+ with high moly will be ideal. Anything more is pretty much a waste of money unless you can get it with marginal cost (i.e. FAR Maxlife when on sale, or 99c Synpower, or MAYBE $1.99 Pennzoil Platnium, etc)
For 7.5k OCI -> You should check what people with your car/engine uses with long OCI and have good result, or run your own OCI as a test.
