Oh. First time hearing about the Full. Interesting. I normally shop Walmart but ive been hearing about the Fram Ultra having By pass sealing problems. I like your recommendations!Honda says you can run it 15k!
Back then, the factory OCI was 7500, and the filter only changed every other OCI
If you're near a Napa, consider the Full 2-OHD003
It's actually the leaf spring to end cap interlace sealing. The bypass valve is OK.I normally shop Walmart but ive been hearing about the Fram Ultra having By pass sealing problems.
I run the st3614 on my Camry. Its easy access so I change at 5k. OCI.I've used an ST3614 for 10k miles and about 6 months with no issue at all. I would not have any issue running the ST9688 for 10k miles.
Up to two 5K mile OCI’s per 10K rated oil filter - if the engine is healthy inside .Honda recommends two oil change cycles per filter.
First time user of the ST 10K Mile Oil Filter (#9688) for $2.97 ea. plus tax. I'm using with a Hyundai 2.4L GDI engine for a 4K mile OCI / Synthetic 5W30 oil ... *All I can say at this juncture was the oil filter spun on very smoothly and hand tightened +3/4 to 1 full extra turn for installation with no leaks noted . Lastly , absolutely ZERO start up noise using with the Hyundai 2.4L GDI engine - so far so good !

Where can PG filters be purchased in bulk? That sounds worth looking intoIf an ADBV is required for your car, this may be a problem. The difference between a standard ST and the MP version was the silicone ADBV, which would matter if doing more than 5-6K on the filter.
If it were my car, PG / Pentius all the way. You can get them in bulk for about $4 each. Worth it.
Occasionally, a bulk lot will come up on eBay. Bulk on Amazon too. But, I really only see them worthwhile on RockAuto under the Famous or Various manufacturer section with PG model #s.Where can PG filters be purchased in bulk? That sounds worth looking into

Thank you very much, I will check AmazonLike suggested, but also check Pentius on Amazon. They sell cases of the extended filters for around $50 or so, at least for my Mazda applications.
Several timesHas anyone ran a ST9688 for 10k miles? Or would you? Box says 10k so im thinking of running it on my kids 1999 Honda Accord. Two5k OCI. Oil filter is hard to get at.
