No, it's horrible. It contains paint thiner and vodka. It will melt your 53' Ford. Don't buy it.

It exists!!! I thought I was going crazy until I saw them with my own eyes. Pics coming up!

well, if my central NY walmarts start carrying it (they refuse to "special" order anything, even their own oil) I'll be stuffing that in the civic.

I was at 2 Walmarts in northern NJ today and didn't see any Supertech 5W-20. In fact they don't even have much self space for 5W-20 oils period. It seems that 10W-30, 10W-40 and 20W-50 are the most represented non-synthetic oils on their shelves. They had plenty of 15W-40 diesel and even some Rotella Synthetic 5W-40, which is a first at our local Walmarts. Oh, they also have plenty of Mobil 1 15W-50

. Interestingly the most 5W-20 they had was Motorcraft's @ $2.32/qt. which is a good price compared to the few other 5W-20's they had.

I have yet to try Supertech in my Mazda, but i do want to, just so at least i can say i tried it. I tried Supertech 10 or so years ago and was not overly impressed with it. My car seemed to not like it as much as the valvoline it was used to, but these days even store brands seem to be decent enough...

I do have some of the supertech multi-vehicle semi-synthetic ATF in my power steering pump as we speak though, and so far it has not caused the steering rack to fall off the car

Beware of mixing it with any SOPUS made product. SOPUS products are refined through a radiated flux-capacitor that causes wax buildup when mixed with a non-radiated grp.3 adaptive molecule based oil(you can tell if it is chartruse in color and made in the former Yugoslavia- 0W30 1/2)

Never seen it before. If I do, I think I'll run it in my 1993 Oldsmobile just to see if it is good oil or not....

I just noticed this past weekend that the Canadian Walmarts also sell a 5w20 in their Tech 2000 house brand. It's $3.07 per liter, compared to just under $2 per liter for the 10w30 and 5w30. The rest of the major brand name conventionals are around $3.78 per liter.

Is that the same device used to power the Delorean in "Back to the Future"?

Haven't seen that in the walmarts in western new york.

I haven't seen the ST 5w20 in quarts either.

Its very tough to "score" any 5w20 motor oils at walmart for some reason.

The super walmart just started carrying motorcraft 5qt containers in 5w20 for around 10 dollars.

This will be my diet for the f150.

I don't think the Delorean had a wax buildup problem. Just like with gonkalator armatures, there are several models and uses for flux capacitors. For example, the one in my plasma screen tv could not in any way be used for either a time machine or for oil refining/synthesizing. Still, its a valid point.

i'll have to see if Wally World has it tonight...run it in the 2001 Civiv instead of the ST 5w30....
either that, or i'm switching back to the MC blended.
