We bought a bunch of Castrol EDGE Extended Performance 5w30 during the Amazon holiday sales at 21.xx per 5 qt jug. She's using it in her truck and I'm done used up all the RL and change oil too much to keep buying the RL HP.
Super Tech FS prices have increased again

Was at Walmart. The only MAJOR jump in SuperTech oil prices was for the "Advanced" version of their synthetic oil (and it was ridiculously high!". The other thing I noticed was the SuperTech shelves were empty. Tried to order online but no dice. They were also out of stock. Maybe Walmart is looking for a new supplier?
Is the Valvoline rebate still going on? $5! I got 5 jugs at $21.97 and 5 at $17 with the rebates.
At my local area Walmart stores they have a super abundance of Supertech products well having a shortage of Mobil 1 products. Other higher priced oil products such as Royal Purple, Valvoline Extended Protection, and Castrol EDGE Extended Performance are in short supply as well.
My local Meijer store is fully stocked with Warren oil products (Meijer house brand oil) and only have a minor shortage of certain Mobil 1 products, everything else is fully stocked.

Mobil1 is also back on Rollback for $22.XX and the EP version $25.XX.
Castrol is Edge is $21.XX and EP is $24.XX. The new GTX Syn is $19.XX
Valvoline Synthetic is $22.XX and the gold lable is $25.
What's now off Rollback is Pennzoil Platinum which is $27.XX. Quaker State Full Synthetic is $20.XX
Havoline Syn is still $19.XX for the six qt box.

I was also checking for any shortages too. Supertech had some gaps on the shelves while M1, Valvoline, Castrol were stocked well. Missing in action was Pennzoil.
Mobil Delvac was almost empty.
Well that's great if you use PayPal or Venmo.

I had the Paypal in my account the next day. The paper checks took like 5 or 6 days.
Pennzoil Platinuminum at $22 is a good buy/price point, then the PUP at like $25-27. Above that and it is meh deal.
The Mobil 1 Extended Performance at $25 rollback is a really good buy, as is the Valvoline Extended Protection at $25, especially with the $5 rebate, making it a steal.
I would expect that this is the evolution of the mail-in rebate.
Is this direct from Valvoline or a third party?

Yup, over here 0W-20 was pretty scarce as were most HDEO's.
I'm going to venture to say that it's ran by TPG Rewards based on the Contact Us email address
I cannot find it on their promo page. Maybe the Zip Code matters here?
