I just bought a new set of 17" Sumitomo HTR A/S P01 tires for my Mazda 2005 6i sedan. These tires behave much better than the original Michelins - better handling and grip wet or dry - better tracking over longitudinal ridges and seams in the road surface - quieter smoother ride.

Very impressive and highly recommended

I bought 3 months ago the Sumo HTR Z3's from Tirerack, and they've performed very well so far on my 04' Mazda6s. Came out to $363 total including rebate and installation, which was a bargain for these tires. The stock Mich were an overpriced POS tire.

i put a set of sumi all season tires on my wifes acura about 4 yrs ago.they handled rain very well, gripped well .i was happy.

Many tires, especially the cheaper ones, will be OK when they are new, but as they age they will become very noisy and sometimes cup. Although in theory those issues are caused by mechanical problems, it seems as though certain tires are more vulnerable to them-- particularly cheaper tires.
