My 2018 2.5 Legacy has hit maybe 229f but if it went higher, not much and that was driving down to FL from NJ end of June.
My 2019 2.0 Impreza doesn't hit as high. In the winter, during highway driving it sometimes doesn't get above 180. When that happens, I try to use the paddle shifters to keep rpms up but I don't know if I have ever seen over 225f. I'll have to keep an eye on it.
