pretty sure that is by weight, not by fluid ounces...if the ketchup is more dense than water, then this makes sense.
I got a 2 for $6.50 ultimate omelette biscuit and it was actually good and a decent size.

When I got a pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw the other day from a food truck the price was $10. It was a large tablespoon of coleslaw and a White Castle roll. When I saw it I asked the guy if this was his normal serving size. He said it was the Regular size now but the old regular size is now the jumbo and its $17.50. I payed but he lost all future business and there was no line behind me.
