Sub Deflation

Wawa with an inflation busting promotion.
I've had the $2 and $4 hoagies. They're pretty good. Not local Philly hoagie shop good...but pretty good. Wawa has upped their game in the last 2-3 years.

Agreed, they got nothing on Philly / South Jersey... Here in Virginia where 9/10 the [x] franchise will put discussing mayonnaise on everything by default: Wawa is a solid option. (Better than Sheetz, 100% better than Subway)

If you're in Northern Virginia, try "The Italian Store" in Arlington. There's 2 locations, both are great.

Gotta be highly processed deli meats in $2 and $4 gas station hoagies....just sayin'

A slipper factory near me gave way to a Wawa. I've never been inside. I'll see if hoagies are even offered.
My impression is that this store is smaller than average to allow for more pumps due to lot shape.
Are Wawas' hoagies brought in made on premises?

Google Wawa and it's history. Not our duty to educate you.

Seems to me that lots of members ask lots of questions here.
I do thank you for not calling me "privileged" or any other "pop mock" for asking.

While out, I did actually go into the new Wawa and learned something.
Wawa has been running "rotating 6 week long deals" since the start of the year which are available only through their app.
The sharp young man described it as a "permanent coupon".
The current offer is for $1, $2 and $3 items. I didn't check how many of each.
The sub offers the OP mentioned are over.

The prevailing new business model wants orders and credits instantly appearing with minimal contact and zero money handling.
It's too bad some of this efficiency can't be converted into elevating food quality....just like cars.

They run several promotions throughout the year. "Hoagiefest" is/was the original. They do another for breakfast items...2 for $5 or $6. The current 2-4-6 one is new. Their business model is to sell you stuff as fast and efficiently as possible. There's no seating...they don't want you hanging around. Pay for your grub and get going. They're based just outside of Philly...hence the hoagie thing...and the soft pretzels at the checkouts.
