Stoeger 9 MM

I have been exposed to all the major brands. I saw a Stoeger 9MM, and, it looks like a good piece. The one that I saw
was the STR. It was only 2K so I am skeptical. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Those Stoeger pistols are supposed to be inexpensive and decent, but are not very popular. I've never shot one but if I come across one that's red dot ready I may grab one.

I've read they are decent pistols but very hard to find magazines for. For similar money I'd get a Taurus G3 or G3c if you want a compact.

Only ever handled one, a Cougar, maybe 6-7 years ago. It was as slick as any 92 I've ever handled. Heck, I thought it was a Beretta.... as they started out as Berettas.

The STR 9c is on sale right now at sportsman’s warehouse for $199. I’ve heard nothing but positive reviews on the STR pistols. My local sportsman’s warehouse even has extra mags in stock for the 9c. Unfortunately the STR pistols only come with one magazine which is ridiculous.
