I have a guy's MS 250 and when I took the air cleaner/carb housing off there is a female lead, black wire hanging loose. Anyone know where to get a picture of that setup so I can figure out where to connect this black wire? It must be new or very old. Thanks!

It simply pushes into the left end of the Master Control lever. When you push the lever up to stop the saw, it contacts the tension spring, grounding it out and stopping the saw. It's a primary lead from the coil.
It should take about 5 seconds to push it back in place.
