Anyone using these "reusable" oil filters with the stainless media? Anyone heard of them?

I've seen them online. They don't filter particle sizes anywhere near where a conventional filter will. I'd steer clear.

When I can get a quality oil filter that will meet or exceed every requirement that the manufacturer specifies for as long as several thousand miles, for $2.99 each..... I'm sorry, I just don't see the need.
