Well that disconnected sway bar sure would make a lot of noise! I am shocked the CV boots don't appear to be torn.

This is refreshing news. Glad the CV boots are OK.

I am not the expert on this, but I did not see anything visibly broken? .. Sway bar. WOuld that "rattle" when the car is in drive, but at a light?

Broken sway bar links would make a ton of noise, plus corner like a boat. Easy fix.

What is an "end link?"

We hear a rattle when the truck is in drive and not moving.

The lower arrow is the end link - it's the bolt coming off the lower control arm that's not attached to anything. The upper arrow points to the sway bar, it's just hanging there banging off anything around it. If it's resting against something at idle it can still make a ton of noise due to the vibration from the powertrain.

This doesn't have anything to do with your steering wheel being off center or your alignment. In the driving video it appeared you have a lot of play in the steering wheel so something in the steering linkage is probably loose, and that can't be diagnosed from a picture. Someone will have to put the vehicle up on a lift and shake down the front end.
