Wife and I both agree it was way better than any beef T-bone ever and by a large margin. Get your butcher to do these for you, you won't be sorry. Never buying beff T-bones ever again

No a pork chop is a pork chop these are very different. These are much bigger and yes just like a huge T-bone but pork and much better imo, and the wife agrees. Getting these again for sure.

You can get T-bone steaks from animals other than bovines. Just go to a butcher.
