Small SUV needed; advice?

rstcso: Sorry you are going thru this. Your worry is bc you are somewhat powerless to effect a solution and then you worry the hell out of the "what-iffs". Been there/done that. Take it a day at a time out of all the "possibilities" you imagine happening none may likely happen.

Good luck

Our CX-30 A/C is also "Marginal"

I don't get it. Our CX-50 A/C has been wonderful in this hot and humid Arkansas weather lately.
95-100 degrees (actual temperatures) with 110-114 degrees (heat indexes) due to high humidity. Hot AND humid is far worse than dry heat. I've lived in both, and I know the differences. (Living in Arkansas vs residing in Mesa, Arizona)
It performed just fine in Las Vegas last Summer in record-setting heat. A very hot, DRY heat. I posted pics of that road trip showing 120+ on the instrument cluster.
Are people putting it on "Auto" and forgetting that they can manually switch things around to make it work more efficiently in extreme temperatures?

I guess I got lucky.
