My Sedona has developed a slow P/S leak since I bought it last August. The main rack looks damp, but that's all I can tell. Maybe the extreme cold has something to do with it, I do not know. But I'm looking for a decent stop-leak P/S fluid. Anybody tried some before? Yes, I know that the only way to stop leaks for good is to fix the issue, but I really do not have time for that right now. Plus, it's way to cold.

I'd start with some Maxlife ATF.

Do one turkey baster drain and fill with what you have already in there. Then top off with the Maxlife.

DON'T keep the bottle in the car.
DON'T keep any rags in the car that have been in contact with Maxlife.

Whatever Synthetic ingredients are in Maxlife are wonderful in a Transmission or a Power Steering unit.
However, THEY STINK. Literally, they smell terrible.

If that doesn't work, there are thicker substitutes, they don't have as high a quality of ingredients as Maxlife, but they can work.

I thought MaxLife might be a good idea. However, should I use their ATF, or their power steering fluid?

Depends on what your car manufacturer calls for. If P/S system is speced for dex/merc, then use ATF. IIRC, the Maxlife P/S is specd for Ford, Chryalser and GM. I think the Kia may be speced for ATF.
