You should have mentioned that in your open post,does it have high load springs? if so and aren't that heavy it would still be adequate to protect.
no, usually a HDEO will have a boosted add pack compared to a SM/SN PCMO so start with a good name brand HDEO(try to find CI-4) and add your slob to it that should be plenty of zinc.
