Siracha shortages again, oh no! :)

Mine and my kids favorite is the Sambal Oelek. The Siracha is OK, but the paste gets used a lot in my house.

I used to use Tapatio on pizza
Cholula is what many places I go have for the eggs etc.
Texas Pete is OK.
My kids got some Hell's Kitchen sauces which I'm using up. OK but Sambal is still our choice.

Has anyone tried the Underwood Sambal as compared to the Huy Fung version? I'm out on Long Island so would need to mail order from what I see.

(y) I've always got a jar of Sambal Oelek in the fridge. I add it to stir fry dishes all the time. Good stuff. I like Tapatio, too, but currently have a bottle of Valentina I'm using that is about as good.
