You mean to tell me, that a pistol had one in the chamber and someone pulled the trigger and it had the audacity to fire?!
 
Half the posts on BITOG are in that realm ... doesn't matter if someone is "informed" enough or not, they can debate their contrary viewpoints and if they are wrong about their viewpoint then it will come out in the debate. That's what a chat board is about.

But when it turns into personal attacks and comments directed in a demeaning personal way (which has happened a few times in this thread) is when it turns to trolling and abuse.

Who's had a ND? And posted about it blaming the manufacturer?...

If you read the whole thread, there were a couple posts where guys with Remington 700s (without any mods) had their guns go off without touching the trigger. Who's fault would that be?
 
Actually Glock won the competition but the Army went with Sig because their bid was $110 million cheaper, plus Sig is providing free parts for 10 years. I've seen the letter from the Gov to Glock stating this.
