I moved a few things around so I could put my 8 jugs of Torque Power 5W-30 on the shelf with the 9 gallons of HDEO. There is a case of NAPA synthetic 5W-30 and a case and 3 quarts of Valvoline synthetic Mercon V behind the Pennzoil and Valvoline jugs. There are 5 quarts of oil in the trunk of my car (2 for my car, 3 to give away if people need top-off) and I even sent most of my conventional and synthetic blend stuff out to my dads farm (30~ quarts). There are about 18 quarts on the top shelf.

They're from the John Deere Supreme Plus-50 0W-40 CH-4/SL synthetic that's currently in my car. It's a Chevron product.

The bottles actually contain different oils, thus the duct tape. I had some partial jugs of Valvoline Maxlife 5-20 and Mobil 1 0W-30 that I measured out and poured into the quart bottles for easier top-offs or whatever I come up with as a use for them. While measuring those jugs out, I discovered just how incredibly inaccurate the markings on the side of 5 quart jugs are.

When Chevron bought the Texaco Lubricants business from Shell they inherited the John Deere business. Texaco Lubricants have been John Deere factory fill for at least 20-years. You are correct about the markings on the jugs. Most all oil container sizes from quarts to 55-gallon drums are filled by weight, not volume.

Thinking of opening a store with these? LOL

I am only posting what I consider to be my "Oil holy grail" However, for my daily drivers I keep some on hand too but not in this qty, it has taken me a LONG time and this effort was costly too I might ad

And a lot of you on this forum have sold me bits and pieces to make this up. Please dont be GREEN with envy, this is ALL GC. keyword GREEN.

Love that stuff :)

no, im running it in my current oil now just for [censored] and giggles to see what it does.

then im just refilling with 100% Ultra and a PureOne filter.

the Platinum is just for top offs when if it needs it, and then the next oil change after that.
