Same. I'm completely out of PC 0w40 now

Got a pile of 5w40, but that's for the Mustang.

Overkill - how'd you get M1 AFE in Canada?

And what happened to your plan to run nothing but 40-weight in your truck?

And how the heck did you go through 16L of Duron 0W-40 in less than a year?

And why am I concerned about this.....?

Maybe you were hoping he would send you some randomly?

Latest addition to the stash to replace the missing Duron-E:

And Ben has been on the 30-weight bandwagon for a while and it made me curious.... So I figured I'd try it and see, since I skipped from 20 to 40 in this truck.

As far as the use of the Duron-E went, well, I liked it so much, it kinda went into everything, even the replacement case my dad bought after I used up mine in his vehicle (so it was actually more than 16L):

1. 6L 2002 Expedition
2. 6L 2000 Expedition
3. 5L 1997 Explorer
4. 7L 1985 Mustang

So, 24L of Duron-E 0w40, LMAO! My dad has the two remaining 4L jugs for his next OCI.

I wish they did too! I do, however, have some Pennzoil Ultra 5w-40 on the way. I'm getting excited! Ordered a Mann filter for when it gets here.

Just a wee baby compared to some! But three changes will see me well into the summer.

Not the most I've had at one time however it is the first time I've taken a picture of my stash!

Not too many compared to some on here, but figured I'd give it a try...

8 quarts Castrol GTX 20w50
2 quarts Castrol GTX 10w40
12 quarts M1 0w20
2 quarts M1 10w30
5 quarts M1 5w30
24 quarts M1 0w40
9 quarts PP 5w30
1 lonely quart PYB 5w30
6 quarts M1 15w50
15 quarts GC 0w30

A few others are out in the garage but not worth mentioning.

Updated stash plus some vintage oil pictures.

Much is as before. We have, from top left, one quart of Valvoline MaxLife 5w-40 and something like 1.5 quarts of RP 0w-40. Then there is a five litre jug of QSGB 10w-30 with one of 5w-30 behind it (SM/GF-4). To the right are five jugs (five quarts each) of SN/GF-5 PYB 5w-30, and some SM GTX 10w-30 in a four litre jug.

Below that we have a new pail (only 4.5 litres used) of Mobil Delvac 1300 15w-40. The Delvac 1, Mobil Super 2000 5w-30, M1 5w-30, and Syntec 5w-50 are as before. There's also a one litre jug of PYB SN/GF-5 5w-30 lurking in the background.

Now for vintage time.

This is one sealed litre of Quaker State Super Blend 10w-30 SG-SF/CC-CD. I used over 500 of these little bottles (probably some SF stuff, too) over the life of one 1981 Chevrolet Impala alone, for its 600,000+ miles of service. Why do I have one left? Good question.

This is about half a litre of Shell X100 10w-30 in SF/CC. This must have come from my uncle when he retired from running a local Shell garage years ago.

That's a darned good idea, actually. I'd be very curious to see a VOA on that, too. I'll do some checking. Anyone who has any recommendations for Canadian oil analysis companies, please PM me.

Over the next few days, if I get around to it, I'll check out my shed and see if I have any other such vintage goodies hanging around. I wish digital cameras were around back in my farming days. Back then, Rotella was in the tins. I still have the old tin stabber, or whatever it's called, sitting in my garage.

Here's my father in law's Rotella stash in his pole barn. He has a lot of farm implements, diesel pickups, etc that he runs Rotella in. There are also bottles of OEM Polaris oil, and the 'Victory' boxes, I'm not sure, is it OEM oil or are they accessories?
