Should I replace my front brakes?

Isn't it a bit unusual for the rears to wear out and the fronts to have 40% left?

I always thought so. Then the rears on our '06 TSX wore down at like 22K. I couldn't believe it.
In my limited experience, the rears generally last at least twice as long.
