Yes, because the UTTO 10W30's KV@40*C of 60 cSt and KV@100*C of 9.4 cSt is a tad low ....
for a Jeep manual trans application,though it has all the required additives.
A 75W90 or 80W90 GL4 would offer stronger components wear protection than the above UTTO ...... hands down.

Ok thanks but im new at this and about half of what you said is pig latin to me. Sorry, im just a slow hillbilly, be patient... lol. UTTO? KV? All these acronyms! The factory part number spec is 10w30 motor oil so Spirax is different? I used royal purple 75w90 and it shifted like really bad so idk what to use. Redline mtl is a favorite with jeep owners but like i said earlier i can get the spirax for free and the mtl is crazy expensive.
Im here to learn, you guys are the experts, im just trying to get a understanding.
